The winding creek our street is named after. Not much more than a ditch, it runs parallel to US 19 among office buildings and then goes under US 19 through a culvert just north of us. A couple weeks after this photo was taken, Carol and I went for a walk and stopped on a 2-lane bridge over the creek to take a look, just in time to see an otter scampering down the creek (north). |
